The human-centered design workshops give my team the tools to rethink how we approach employee experience, ensuring we build a culture that attracts and retains top talent — a culture they help design.

My Top Priorities

My biggest priorities are improving employee engagement, adapting to hybrid work environments, and reducing turnover. I need a clearer understanding of what motivates our employees, what frustrates them, and how to make sure they feel valued and heard.
